Dear Backers,
I hope all of you are doing good and my sincere apologies for the delay in the update.
The issue of the untrackable courier is resolved for most of the backers. I request you to please check your tracking number and track your reward as needed.
I have sent some of the returned rewards from the 1st batch in this and paid for them from my end as the return was due to a missing document from our end.
Because the registered courier service to Canada, Australia, Macao, and Belarus isn't operational at the moment due to the restriction from your corresponding country due to covid. Your tracking numbers are mentioned in the sheet. You can track it once the service starts working, for which I will update you soon.
Thank you all for all the support, and my apologies for the inconvenience that happened from my end.

Hello All,
Final Reminder for the Backers who haven't Answered the survey or Paid for the Shipping Yet:
Effective from the 1st 0f July 2021, I'm not liable to deliver your reward if you do not pay for the shipping by the 30th of June 2021.
The company has closed a couple of months back and I have borrowed someone's export license to send the remaining rewards on the 5th of July 2021. That would be the last batch of rewards sent from my end.
NOTE: For the backers who can't track their reward and haven't received their tracking id.
First of all, let me apologize for the inconvenience. Some of you can't track your rewards because flights from India were banned in your country. I assure you that when I go to submit the last batch of the rewards, I will personally look into this matter and make sure your tracking nos work.
Backers who have paid the shipping and haven't received their tracking will receive it by the 6th of July 2021. I'm sorry for the delay, but my export license is canceled as the company is closed. So, I have borrowed someone's export license for the 5th of July 2021 to send all the remaining rewards. That would be the last batch of rewards from my end.

Below are the tracking numbers for the backers who have paid shipping charges.
AsIndian flightsare restricted by certain countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and a few others, backers in the provided list might not be able to track their courier at the moment. You cantrack it once the flights are resumed by your country,so don't worry.
Backers who have paid in the last one week might not find their name in the provided list, because the courier company has stopped taking couriers due to a very high number of cases. I assure you to update you guys soon.
Note for the backers whose reward may return from the courier company:
In case the shipping agency attempts delivering the reward and fails to deliver because of an incorrect address or address change, then the backer is liable to pay for the shipping again as the shipping company doesn't return the money for the failed attempts to us. Qoncre LLP is liable to show proof of receipt and tracking id, which shows the attempt and status.

Firstly, this is to inform all of you that we have submitted theAWO rewardsto the India post,only for the backers who have paid for the shipping and completed the survey.Due to the second wave of the coronain India, thecourier companyhasn't given the tracking id, but I'm committed to sharing it with you as soon as I have it.
