I apologize for the delay in the update & hope you all are safe and doing great.

Presently, we are waiting for a document from the officials regarding the shipment of leather and magnets for the bulk quantity, which we were unaware of initially, that's why the shipping has been delayed by a month.

No matter whether the company is closed, I'm committed to shipping the rewards to all the backers who have supported the idea. 

Note: We will receive the required document within one working week and start shipping right after it.

Locking your shipping address!

Hello All,

This is it! We’re finally getting ready to ship!

We will lock shipping addresses soon. That means you have five days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.

If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://awo-a-wire-organizer.backerkit.com/.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, you can still fill it out to get your rewards, but your shipment may be delayed.

We’re currently aiming to ship rewards due in March 2021. If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next five days.

Note: Backers who couldn't pay via the BackerKit survey are requested to pay for shipping via PayPal, using the following link.

PAY FOR SHIPPING

Backers who haven't submitted the survey are requested to fill it up by 31st March 2021 as the company is shutting down on the 31st of March and we will ship all the rewards before that date.

Backerkit / Stripe Payment declined issue

Hello All,

I hope all of you are doing great. I would like to inform all of you that the manufacturing is in process and we will be done with it soon. 

Moreover, the addresses are open for updating until we lock them, which would be around the 3rd week of Feb.

Mainly, this update is focused on the backers who are facing payment decline issues via the BackerKit pledge manager. I and their team are trying to resolve the payment issue for the past couple of weeks by working with the Stripe team. 

Finally, I have received the following response from the BackerKit representative regarding the same.

"I have some good news- We managed to fix and successfully charge the majority of the backers (some were declined and some need adjustments made). The remaining backers here need to switch their card to a non-Amex credit card as there is no Amex support for India. So you may want to reach out to these backers directly (via KS messaging or email) to have them update. I could also remove the payment information on file which would change their status back to a "survey not complete" status which will trigger the survey reminder emails."

So, I request to all the backers with the declined cards to please change and use a non-American Express card for BackerKit to charge your cards successfully. You would be able to change the details of the cards as soon as the BackerKit team changes the status of your survey to not complete.

Just wanted to give you a little heads up that we plan to charge cards for add-on items you purchased or any additional funds you may owe through BackerKit on the 7th of January, 2021. Make sure that you have the correct card information on file. If any issues arise with your payment you’ll receive an email letting your know to correct your payment information.

The last day to make final updates to your order is 17th December 2020. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the 17th December 2020 order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
